Presentation: Quit the guessing game about the customer
When coaching large companies I often see a gap between the persons knowing about the customers, and the persons developing the products. The two groups seems to communicate one directional with written requirements. And later by asking why it hasn’t been done yet. When coaching smaller
companies I barely see any one knowing much at all about the customers.
I will therefor show you some techniques I find useful in order to communicate richer, with help from lean startup, in order to build a product that meets the customers dreams.
